Every year for the past 3 years, my dad's family gets together for our pumpkin carving contest. A neighbor or friend usually judges and picks a winner. The first year, we had the typical traditional carvings except for one which was a pretty creative (and won) so the competition has stiffened considerably- someone brought out the power tools this year!
